Our Endoscopes are guaranteed a repairing term for free if the endoscope has the following problems in formal use within 12 months from the date of purchasing.
1. The optical system of endoscope appears leakage and foggy.
2. The view field is out of round, or there is obvious black spot in the view
field.
Following occasions are exclude free repair (we'll take some preferential service charge).
1. The telescope tube is curved or snapped, or there is obvious hollow on the tube, and results in no image or the image is blurring or the brightness is decreasing.
2. The first objective lens of
the end of endoscope is crushed or the eye patch cover is crushed.
3. The blurring image is caused by crushed lens.
4. The surface of endoscope is damaged.
5. Damages caused by tearing down without our permission.
6. Term beyond 18 months from the date of purchasing.
(C). If a endoscope is sent back for repair you should observe the following:
1. The endoscope should
be disinfected, cleaned and sterilized before packing.
2. The endoscope is thoroughly packed up to avoid any damages caused by transportation.

Warranty doesnt cover shipping cost due to already very low prices (and low mark up) of endoscopes and instruments.
